I want to order from your New Zealand website but ship overseas. Should I pay the tax/GST?

Customers who purchase on our jenshansen.co.nz site do pay NZ$, BUT if the purchase is being delivered to a country outside of New Zealand, then 15% New Zealand sales tax will be deducted from the price paid.i.e., Prices on the jenshansen.co.nz website are in NZ$ and include New Zealand sales tax which is NOT payable by customers having their items sent overseas.
