Important Updates during COVID - 19

In response to COVID-19, the New Zealand government lock-down of non-essential workplaces means that  1. Physical store: Our store and workshop in Nelson have temporarily shut and we are all working from home and this is expected to last until April 27th. Please note that our online store is, of course still open. People can place standard orders on the website. 2. Customer support: We are available to our customers through Live chat, telephones, and email as usual. For custom requests, contact us at support@jenshansen.com to discuss. 3. Delivery time: We can reassure all clients that our online is still business as usual but we want to be transparent that production times will be delayed up until we can reopen our workshop and begin shipping again. 4. Existing order deliveries: We have worked very hard to get existing customer orders finished and dispatched before we had to close and those customers should have received emails by now with tracking details. We still have some in-progress orders that will now have to wait till April 27th to finished making and/or dispatch. For your existing order inquiry, we request you to send an email to Caitlin at support@jenshansen.com as she will answer them all.
