Who made the Ring of Barahir worn by Aragorn in the movie/book?

The Ring of Barahir is the name of the ring worn by Aragorn in the movie/book. Jens Hansen did not make that ring for the movie, but we have made our own artists' impression ring (We call it the "Ring we might have made for Viggo").
